Hope everyone had a great weekend! Lauren and I drove down to George Fox University one last time before she made a decision about which college to attend. After a long drive, much discussion and a heart to heart with her Mama (sitting in the court yard at GFU) she has decided....................she wants to attend University of Idaho. We are so excited for her! It was a hard decision for her but I LOVED listening to her talk about her future and making important choices for herself. Ou baby is growing up!

Lauren, what a tough choice to make. I think that the University of Idaho will be an experience of a lifetime, an experience that I missed out on years ago. It will be exciting these next four years as you go from freshman to senior in college to watch all of the great adventures that go along with that! This is the beginning of the rest of your life!!! I still am having a hard time with the idea that you and Tandi are young adults now, these last 18 years have went so fast! We love you and are really proud of our neice! Love Shelley and Tom
